"All in"
Martin Comer raises in early position. It is folded around to the Big Blind, who says something. The Dealers and Martin both hear "All in" and Martin quickly says call and opens pocket Queens.
The Big Blind claims he did not say "All In" and a dispute ensues. Two other players say they heard it, but the player seated two players to his right jumps to his defence.
The Tournament Director is called over and after ascertaining the situation, rules that the all in bet stands, citing the Dealer and two independent players as proof enough that it was said.
The Big Blind erupts, claiming he would never make that move in that situation. A crowd has formed and every player has something to say about it. The assistant Tournament Directors begin clearing out the room, sending players on a break.
Martin Comer says he is happy to take the pot then and there, as it is a noisy room and he could have heard it from the gallery. The Tournament Director agrees and in the interest of fairness the pot is awarded to Martin.
Poker prevails.
