Laurence Wolf was the first player to act, and he raised to 25,000. Andy Spears called on his direct left, and the action folded to two-time WSOP bracelet winner Jeff Madsen, who put in a three-bet to 109,000 from the small blind.
Wolf considered the bet then upped the ante, re-raising to 295,000. Spears quickly got out of the way and the action was back on Madsen, who entered the tank.
After no longer than two minutes, Madsen flicked his hand into the muck, and Wolf revealed . Madsen rapped the felt, pleased at his fold.
"I was happy with winning the pot there," Wolf admitted.
