Buzgon in the Mix
Dan Buzgon finished 5th in the last World Poker Tour event played here at Borgata, except his final table appearance took place in Las Vegas. He made the final six of the 2019 World Poker Tour Borgata Winter Poker Open Championship back in January, but the filming of the final table took place at the Luxor in Las Vegas a couple of months later.
In what was his third televised WPT final table appearance, Dan finished 5th for $202,942. His two previous WPT final tables resulted in a 3rd place ($335,433) in the 2011 WPT BPO Championship and a 4th place ($94,624) in the April 2012 WPT Jacksonville bestbet Open.
This summer, he cashed ten times at the World Series of Poker and his most recent cash last month pushed his career earnings past the $2.3 million mark.
