Platis Arrives and Takes His Seat

Nikolaos Platis arrived just a short while ago, taking his seat amid the relatively small field of Flight A. In only four years on the poker scene, the young Niko has booked more than $160,000 in tournament earnings, a large chunk of which came from the 2018 World Series of Poker Main Event. He finished 57th out of 7,874 runners to take home $57,010.
He claimed his first major title and a WSOP Circuit ring back in March of this year when he won the $400 NLH Monster Stack NLH event at Harrah's for $22,732.
His best finish here at Borgata came during this year's Spring Poker Open, when he finished 6th out of 1,659 entrants in the Almighty Stack NLH event for more than $27,000.
