Day 2 of Event #3: $500 Deepstack Black Chip Bounty NLH starts at noon local time at the Event Center in the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City. The event attracted a whopping 1,165 entries which guaranteed a massive $250,000 guaranteed prize pool for the $500 buy-in. Out of all those entries, a mere 170 players have made it through to the final day with the prize pool details to be announced.
Cody Wells will come into the day with the chip lead as he bagged 1,108,000 in chips. He is followed in the chip counts by Phong Nguyen, Jianming Zeng, Nir Shami, and Erik Cajelais.
When they players return at noon local time in Saturday, January 18, they will resume play with Level 14 which features a small blind of 2,000, big blind of 4,000, and big blind ante of 4,000.
