Tryba Takes Early Pot
Ryan Dodson raised from the cutoff over an under-the-gun limper, putting in a yellow, T1,000 chip. Chris Tryba called on the button and the small blind announced a raise to 2,200. The limper and Dodson both folded and Tryba called.

and the small blind checked to Tryba again. Tryba bet another 5,000. His opponent seemed puzzled, thinking about his decision for a bit before calling. The river was

to win the pot with a pair of jacks. His opponent gave the table a flat-palmmed smack, leaving his hand on the table as the dealer sent the pot to Tryba and he added the chips to his stack.
