Kara Scott Makes a Tough Laydown

Robert Firestone opened for 3,000. Kara Scott reraised to 10,000. Firestone thought for a minute or so and then pulled out a tower of red chips. He reraised enough to put Scott all in. She had around 12,000 remaining and agonized over the call. She headed into the tank for several minutes as a flock of media types surrounded her table. Photographers jostled for position to snap a couple of photos of the EPT hostess. She sighed a couple of times before she folded her hand.

"Show the bluff!" barked Ramzi Jelassi at the other end of the table.

Firestone tossed his hand into the muck as the dealer pushed him the pot.
