Thater wordlessly moved away the water bottle that had been partially blocking her stack from his view, and he settled on a bet of 4,800. Thater went into the tank, pulling the 4,800 out of her stack to determine how much she would have left if she called and lost. After a few more moments spent deep in thought, she slid those chips into the middle.

and raked in the pot, increasing her stack to 25,000.
