Top Pair No Good for Rousso
The friends saw the flop which was checked to Rousso. She bet 40,000, and got two callers in the shape of Randy Dorfman and Tony G.
Before the turn was dealt, Rousso asked Dorfman how much he had left -- it was around 220,000. The turn was dealt and Tony G checked; this time Rousso bet an even 100,000. Dorfman tanked up for a long time, before announcing all in. Tony G got out of the way, and the action was back on Rousso.
She took her time, talking apparently to herself. "You have the straight?" she inquired, but there was no reaction from behind Dorfman's sunglasses. She continued her monologue for some minutes, then threw her hands up in the air, then dwelled some more. Finally her speech came to an end. "Pocket sevens!" she declared, "Pocket sevens would make sense. Top pair's no good!" as though she had just had a life-changing revelation. Then, finally, she passed.
