Eric Qu is on the button. He raises to 300,000. Alem Shah is the big blind. He moves all in for 1.5 million, putting Qu to what looks like a difficult decision for a second time. He chooses to pass, gving Shah another pot.

Eric Qu opens again. He makes it the now-standard 250,000. When button player Matthew Woodward does not immediately act, Qu takes his sunglasses off and stares Woodward down. Woodward reraises to 600,000, and the sunglasses go back on. Apparently his x-ray vision convinces him that Woodward's bet is telling the truth. Qu folds, giving Woodward the pot.
Mikhail Tulchinskiy is the first in this time with a raise to 250,000. Action passes to Matthew Woodward who calls from the big blind. He has to act first on a flop of and quickly knocks the felt. Tulchinskiy looks him up and down once, then bets 350,000. Woodward folds.
