The preflop action isn't 100% clear, but from the way the action progressed, it appears that Roberto Masullo limped in under the gun. That much isn't certain, but what is certain is that Alessandro Lusso moved all in with his short stack in late position, committing his final ~45,000 to the pot. In the small blind, Apo Arslan moved all in himself, and that was enough to fold Masullo. With Lusso now at risk, the cards were on their backs:
