Controversy in the Back Corner

A little controversy erupted at Isabelle Mercier's new table in the back corner. We arrived at the table to see Mercier, explaining to the floor person, her version of events. Unfortunately, we dropped French after about two weeks at university so we have no idea what she was saying. It looked like Mercier's opponent may have opened with a raise that Mercier reraised to 2,100. The confusion appeared to be whether her opponent called that reraise or moved all in for an extra 1,100. The floor ruled it was a call, taking the two players to a flop of {3-Clubs}
