Jeff Sarwer's 46,000 remaining chips were out in front of his betting line, and Corneliu Cretu was in the tank with the covering stack.The decision would take a solid five to seven minutes as Sarwer sat motionless. Cretu finally kicked in his cards, and Sarwer exhaled as if he hadn't taken a breath during that entire tank time. He's still stacking up those chips, but it looks like he'll be well over 200,000 after that biggest pot of the tournament so far.
