Martin Kabrhel is out after a disappointing first level here on Day 2. Although he started the day out-chipping his eventual eliminator Antoine Saout 3:1, he'd dropped to under 45,000 and Saout had him covered when they finally clashed. Kabrhel was already walking towards the exit when we arrived at the table, although an
