Poor Richard Toth. As you may recall, the Hungarian Team PokerStars Pro was looking good for a final table appearance at EPT Snowfest before his {A-?}

was outdrawn by Huub Verdonschot's {Q-?}

when the latter flopped a straight, the chips all having gone in pre, and Toth had to be content with 17th place.

So bearing that in mind, please spare a thought for Toth when we tell you that just now the woefully short Daniel van Kalkeren, by the by a buddy of the aforementioned Huub Verdonschot, got his last in with {K-Diamonds}

and Toth called with a dominating {A-Hearts}

Van Kalkeren, resplendent in the same green team hoodie that Verdonschot was wearing last time, doubled to 14,000. "Nice hand," sighed Toth as he settled down to contemplate his own remaining 14,000 stack, and how green was really not his colour.
