Jakob Karlsson opened the pot to 53,000 from early position, and Nicholas Sforos moved all in for what looked like 313,000 total. When the action came to big blind Claudio Piceci, he went into the tank for several minutes, clearly considering a tough decision for a good chunk of his chips.
