Cainelli Takes a Bite Out of Nanos

Konstantinos Nanos raised and picked up a call from Luca Cainelli to see a 
flop; Nanos bet out 335,000 and Cainelli called. All good so far.
They proceeded directly to the 
and Nanos bet out again, this time to the tune of 470,000. This time things got rather less friendly, though, as following a period in the tank, Cainelli announced all in for 2.44 million in total.
There followed some truly epic tanking from Nanos, but eventually he folded. The pot headed into Cainelli's stack, and he's now well over the 4 million mark.
