Pham Thanh Hai opened to 400 from the cutoff and Nick Heather made it 1,100 on the button. Kristijonas Andrulis then reraised to 2,650 from the big blind, Hai folded but Heather called to see a 
flop.
Andrulis fired out 3,500 and Irishman Heather called to see a 
turn, where Andrulis now bet 5,800 and again Heather made the call.
