Level 23 : 12,000/24,000, 2,000 ante

Vladimir Geshkenbein's stack has taken a bit of a downturn of late. Twice in a row he raised preflop and faced big reraises; both times he folded. The next hand he found himself in the big blind, facing a raise to 71,000 from Kevin Vandersmissen in the small blind. He called and they saw some community cards.

Geshkenbein snap-called 62,000 from Vandersmissen on the {6-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{9-Hearts} flop and saw a {j-Spades} turn. This time Vandersmissen bet out 140,000, and it proved too much for Geshkenbein, who folded. He's at around 1.35 million now.
