Vanessa Peng, occupying the perhaps cursed seat that was recently vacated by Liv Boeree, has been crippled to within millimetres of the felt. We didn't see what she had (the dealer was sweeping in the cards when we arrived) but it wasn't good enough to beat Paolo Della Penna's pocket jacks on a {k-} {3-} {7-} {k-} {10-} board. Peng was left with just a few hundred chips and we suspect is not long for this tournament.
