Lacay Doubles Through Vandersmissen

Ludovic Lacay limp-called in the small blind against Kevin Vandersmissen, check-calling bets of 17,000 and 36,000 on the flop and turn of a 
board before Lacay check-raised all-in for 320,000 against Vandersmissen's 76,000 river bet.
Vandersmissen did not seem too keen on the call but was not entirely convinced by his opponent either, he made the call with 
but it was no good against Lacay's 
for a double up to about 800,000. Vandersmissen dropped to 565,000.
