Antonino Venneri raised to 100,000 from UTG before Francesco De Vivo made it 250,000 on the button. It was passed back to Venneri who quickly moved all in and De Vivo looked in agony at his 950,000 chips remaining and eventually opted to fold his hand.
Venneri showed him 
and De Vivo flipped 
which brought an impromptu round of applause from the Italians at the table.
