Jorgensen Finds Doubling Chips
Michel Georges Habib opened to 1,400 from middle position, and Yann Brosolo three-bet to 4,500 right next door. On the button, Theo Jorgensen looked down at , and he shoved his last 19,400 chips into the middle. That folded Habib without incident, but Brosolo had woken up with and -- not surprisingly -- he called. Habib said he folded ace-king, and Jorgensen had two outs to stay afloat.
And two outs were enough. The board came , and the set of jacks mean the Team PokerStars Pro has doubled back into contention. He's got just over 42,000 now, while Brosolo takes an unfortunate step backwards to 90,500.
