Eames Picks Up Another Pot
John Eames is up to 48,000 after helping himself to a decent sized pot over on Table 3.
It was Mikhail Shahnovich who starting the betting preflop with a raise to 800 from middle position. Two players folded and Eames made the call from the cutoff and Mikael Bergius called from the big blind. A flop reading 
was greeted by a check from Bergius, a continuation bet of 1,400 from Shahnovich, a call from Eames and then a fold by Bergius.
The dealer put the 
out on the turn and Eames' call on the flop slowed down Shahnovich who now checked. Eames was not wiling to let his opponent see the river card for free so put out a bet of 3,300. Shahnovich quickly called and the dealer introduced he 
on the river. Shahnovich checked again, and Eames bet again, this time 6,100. This last bet was enough to win the pot as Shahnovich relinquished his hand.
