It's been a hard fall from the top for Chris McClung. Starting the day with the chip lead, McClung was down to less than 250,000 when he shoved in with 
. Rocco Palumbo woke up with 
, and McClung needed to pair up to keep his hopes alive.
It was Palumbo who paired, though, and the 
board left McClung wanting. He was unable to catch up, and he's been relegated to the rail here with 13 players left.
Palumbo, on the other hand, has finally gotten himself above the million-chip mark -- or at least very close to it.
