Bardah Doubles Back
After a few pots failed to go Ronnie Bardah's way, he was forced to grind a stack of between 20,000-30,000 for the past couple of levels. He was just able to find a double, though, and get back over 50,000 on the following hand.
From under the gun, Andrey Bondar opened with a min-raise to 3,200. Bardah was next to act and reraised all in for 23,100. One by one, everyone folded around the table until action paused on Olvedo Vincent in the small blind. He thought for a tiny bit, then called. The big blind and Bondar got out of the way and it was time for the showdown.
Bardah turned up the 
and was in a solid position to double up against Vincent's 
. Even despite having the lead going in, Bardah knew all too well what could happen and cited, "This is exactly how I lost in the Estrellas Main Event — kings cracked by ace-queen."
This time, the board ran out in Bardah's favor as it came
