Weis' All-In Scares Bianchi Off

Germany's Oliver Weis raised to 14,100 from the small blind before the flop and Michele Bianchi called on the button. The two saw the flop go 
and Weis put in another 13,500. Bianchi reraised to 31,500 and Weis answered with a shove. Bianchi wasn't wiling to go all the way and floded.
