Walthaus Loses Big
Bernabeu Guilabert raised it up to 425 and right next to him Jorn Walthaus made a reraise. He had two 1,000 in front of him but it certainly was a little less than the full 2,000. We wouldn't find out how much he had three bet to exactly as there was a lot more action to follow.
Sebastian von Toperczer made a cold four bet to 3,000 from the big blind and Guilabert folded. Walthaus five bet to 6,050 and Von Toperczer made the call out of position.
Von Toperczer checked to Walthaus who bet out 5,400. The German player made the call and checked again to Walthaus on the on the turn. Walthaus put his opponent all in and Von Toperczer quickly called for his remaining 19,800.
Walthaus knew his was no good anymore the joy Von Toperczer called his all in with. And indeed, Von Toperczer had gotten lucky with his and just a king could spoil his double up party. The river wasn't a king, in fact it was the giving him quads.
