Vihakas Gets Clock Called

Five players had called the 600 price to see a flop and the dealer delivered . It was checked to the button, PokerStars player from Finland Tapio Vihakas, who bet 2,700. The blinds folded but Tobias Peters made the call from under the gun as did Russian PokerStars player Evgenii Sharapov. Turn card and all three players checked to see a river card . Peters now led out for 6,700 which saw a fold from Sharapov and sent Vihakas into the tank. A couple of minutes passed at most and the clock was called. “I have two pair.” Vihakas explained but went on to fold fairly quickly before the countdown could begin. There would be no show from his opponent as he scooped the pot.
