Hand #42: Charlie Carrel raised to 80,000 under the fun, Imad Derwiche called from the small blind, and Jeremy Ausmus came along from the big to make it three-way action to the 
flop. Derwiche led out for 100,000 and both his opponents folded.
Hand #43: Steve O'Dwyer moved al in from the hijack for right around 615,000 and won the pot.
Hand #44: Andrey Andreev raised to 80,000 from early position and Dario Sammartino called from the big blind. The latter then check-folded to a bet of 100,000 on the 
flop.
Hand #45: Andreev raised to 80,000 under the gun and O'Dwyer, who was to his direct left, moved all in for 710,000. Everyone folded including Andreev.
