Lose One, Win One for Bilic
Back in August, Alen Bilic finished 69th in the inaugural EPT Malta Main Event for 18,320. Earlier this season, in October's EPT12 Main Event, he did even better finishing runner-up to Niall Farrell for a career best 440,000. Bilic, who currently sits second on Bosnia & Herzegovina All Time Money List, is in action here in the High Roller and looking for even more EPT success.
In a recent hand, Bilic raised to 600 from the cutoff and Croatia's Ivan Banic called from the big blind to see a flop, which they both checked. The turn saw Banic check-call a bet of 700 from Bilic, and then both players returned to checking on the river. Banic turned over the for a paid of eights, and it was good as Bilic mucked.
In the very next hand, Bilic raised to 600 from the hijack and took down the blinds and antes.
