Hands #32-34: Ahadpur Khangah Getting Short

Hand #32: From the cutoff Sam Greenwood raised to 300,000 holding {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}. He took down the blinds and antes as everyone folded.

Hand #33: Cutoff Ahadpur Khangah limped in with {A-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and Fedor Holz got involved as well, over limping {10-Clubs}{7-Hearts} on the button.

Small blind Timothy Adams tanked for a bit before he raised to 700,000 with {J-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}. The big blind got out of the way and action was back om Khangah who called. Holz folded.

1,740,000 in the pot and the flop came {J-Spades}{Q-Spades}{K-Hearts}. Adams shoved all in and Khangah folded.

Hand #34: Holz in the cutoff made it 270,000 with {K-Spades}{3-Spades}. Sam Greenwood called from the big blind with the dominating {K-Diamonds}{9-Spades}.

The flop came {6-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Holz took the lead. Greenwood checked, and folded to Holz's 300,000 continuation bet.

Kolonias made a bet of 250,000 (half pot) and Holz made the call, growing the pot to 1 million. The {2-Spades} on the turn saw Holz check again. Kolonias bet 400,000 and Holz folded the best hand.

Hand #30: Fedor Holz raised to 225,000 from under the gun. Action folded around all the way to Sylvain Loosli and the defending champion of this very event moved all in from the big blind for 20 big blinds. Holz quickly called and they were off to the races.

The {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop paired the ace, and the {7-Spades} turn and {10-Hearts} river were blanks to eliminate Loosli in 6th place for a payday of �293,800.

Hands #28-29: Cold Four-Bet by Adams; Khangah Shoves

Level 21 : 50,000/100,000, 10,000 ante

Hand #28: From hijack, Sylvain Loosli raised to 225,000 with the {Q-Spades}{J-Spades} and Fedor Holz three-bet to 500,000 from one seat over with the {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts} in the cutoff.

Timothy Adams, who wasn't showing the cards yet, cold four-bet to 1,275,000 on the button and the blinds got out of the way. Loosli also quickly folded and the action was back on Holz.

After some stare down, Holz let go with the words "another day" and the cards of Adams were then revealed, he had the {A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}. "Oh, Tim, Tim," Holz added and Adams closed the gap to chip leader Sam Greenwood.

Hand #29: Adams raised to 225,000 from the cutoff with {9-Spades}{7-Spades} and Ahadpur Khangah shoved out of the big blind with {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds} for 1,635,000. "You don't need to give me an exact count, just a rough one. Good to know for the next time, hard to count your stack," Adams said and folded.

The flop came {7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{6-Spades} and Adams checked. Greenwood made it 190,000 followed by Adams calling.

With the pot now at exactly 1 million. the {5-Clubs} hit the turn. Adams checked and Greenwood, now with a flush draw and gutshot, bet 500,000. Adams tanked for a bit before he folded the best hand.

Hand #22: Under the gun Ahadpur Khangah limped in with {A-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}. Fedor Holz in middle position raised to 310,000 with queen-ten and action quickly folded back to Khangah who folded as well.

"Some other day" Khangah commented, "Some other day."

Hand #23: Now it was Fedor Holz with {A-Hearts}{J-Spades} and he made it 225,000 from early position. Big blind Ahadpur Khangah defended with {A-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}.

The flop came {8-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{2-Hearts} giving both players a flush draw. Ahadpur Khangah checked and Holz bet 200,000 into 570,000. Khangah made the call right away.

The {Q-Hearts} fell on the turn and Khangah and Holz both checked.

The {J-Hearts} fell on the river, making for an all heart board. Khangah checked. Holz bet 1.4 million into 970,000. Khangah had 1,750,000 behind and folded;

"Another day" Khangah said, "Good bet."

"I will not fight against you. I give up!" he followed up that statement.

Hand #24: Sam Greenwood raised to 250,000 holding {A-Spades}{6-Clubs} in the cutoff. Sylvain Loosli defended his big blind holding {J-Hearts}{7-Hearts}.

The flop came {J-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{10-Diamonds}, pairing Loosli who checked. Greenwood bet 340,000 and Loosli folded.

The German, who was chip leader going into Day 2, finished in eighth place for a payday of �181,200.
