At Least 14 Players Return for Day 2 of the 50,000 Super High Roller
Super High Roller events attract the elite of the elite, only those that want to compete with the best, are willing to wager the massive sum of 50,000 to enter these events. Andras Nemeth has been around for years now and has been absolutely crushing online. Now, he's looking to add another big title to his name, entering Day 2 of the Super High Roller at the PokerStars EPT Prague with a massive chip lead. He bagged over 1.8 million in chips, almost a million more than his closest competitor Tuan Tran.
A total of 14 players put chips in their seal bags last night, but the field might still gain some additional entries since late registration is open till the start of play today. Play is set to get underway at 12:30, so there is still time to register. With 28 entries total so far, the starting stack of 250,000 is now half average. Blinds are set to get underway at 3,000 and 6,000 with a 6,000 big blind ante, so buying in now makes you trade 50,000 for almost 42 big blinds.
The plan is to have a 20-minute break after every two levels, with a 75-minute dinner break after the sixth level of the day. The objective for the day is to play down to a final table, but when a day ends is always subject to change.
PokerNews will be on the floor to cover this second day from the first flop till the last river. So check back soon for all the live updates from this Super High Roller event, starting at 12:30 local time.
