Who Will Take Down the Last �25,000 NLHE?
Welcome back to the final day of the 2019 PokerStars and Monte-Carlo?Casino EPT as the Pokernews live reporting team will be bringing you all the action from the floor as four different tournaments will be playing down to a winner. With six players left in the �5,300 EPT Main Event, nine in the �25,000 EPT High Roller, 29 in the �2,200 NLHE Deep Stack, and at least 19 players in the �25,000 No-Limit Hold��em, the updates will be coming at you from all sides of the Salle des Etoiles in the Monte Carlo Bay Resort & Hotel.
Adrian Mateos is ahead of the pack right now with 186,500 but with 30-minute levels, anything can change quite quickly. The Spaniard is followed by Seth Davies (176,000) and Jean-Noel Thorel (165,000) in the chip counts. Ole Schemion is the only other player to have bagged more than 3 starting stacks with 153,000.
With registration open until the start of Day 2, today, May 4, at 12:30 PM local time, it remains to be seen how many more entries will be added to the 39 which were collected last night. When the players return to the tables, they will start with Level 11 with the small blind of 1,000, big blind of 2,500, and a big blind ante of 2,500. Players who bagged yesterday will also receive 3 extra time bank cards as there is a 30-second shot clock in play. A 20-minute break has been scheduled after every four levels and the tournament will play down to a winner.
