Timothy Adams
Timothy Adams

Michael Soyza raised to 8,000 from under the gun and was called by Isaac Haxton in mid-position and Ivan Leow in the hijack. Timothy Adams shoved from the small blind for 133,000 and action folded back to Soyza who did the same for more. Haxton and Leow quickly folded for them to battle it out.

Timothy Adams: {k-Spades}{q-Spades}
Michael Soyza: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}

The board ran out {2-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{8-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} for Soyza to stay ahead with the higher hole cards and send Adams away to reenter.

Foxen Finds a Double Up

Level 7 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Alex Foxen was one of the latest entries and he got after it in a hurry. Foxen opened to 9,000 in the cutoff and was called by Nick Petrangelo in the small blind and Michael Addamo in the big blind.

The flop came {q-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and the action checked to Foxen who continued for 14,500. Petrangelo called and Addamo got out of the way. The turn was the {7-Diamonds} and Petrangelo checked again. Foxen shipped all in for 60,000 and Petrangelo snapped him off.

Foxen tabled {q-Hearts}{j-Clubs} for two pair while Petrangelo held {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} for a pair and flush draw. The river was the {j-Spades} to improve Foxen to a full house and he scored the double up.

Davies Done For Now

Level 6 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Seth Davies
Seth Davies

Seth Davies raised to 6,500 from the button and Michael Addamo was next to act. He looked at Davies' stack who just sat down and at Mikita Badziakouski's stack in the big blind. Addamo then decided to shove having both of them covered. Badziakouski folded after using a time bank card and Davies quickly called.

Seth Davies: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}
Michael Addamo: {6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}

The flop came {10-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{6-Spades} to give Addamo a set of sixes immediately.

The turn was the {4-Diamonds} which didn't change the situation and neither did the {j-Diamonds} on the river as Davies was sent to the rail yet again.

Derwiche Hits the Turn and River

Level 6 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Imad Derwiche
Imad Derwiche

Dominik Nitsche limped in from the cutoff which invited Sam Greenwood and Imad Derwiche to come along from the blinds. The flop came {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{6-Spades} and Derwiche took a shot at the pot with a bet of 3,000. Nitsche folded but Greenwood check-raised to 11,000. Derwiche stuck in a three-bet to 26,000 and Greenwood called.

The turn was the {4-Spades} and Greenwood check-called another bet of 25,000 from Derwiche. The river brought the {4-Clubs} and both players quickly checked. Greenwood turned over {8-Spades}{2-Spades} but Derwiche made a full house with {q-Clubs}{4-Hearts}.

Addamo Virtually Doubles Through O'Dwyer

Level 6 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Michael Addamo
Michael Addamo

The flop read {q-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Spades}{j-Spades} with around 60,000 in the middle already.

Michael Addamo bet 16,000 from the big blind and Steve O'Dwyer called in mid-position.

The river completed the board with the {k-Hearts}, Addamo tanked, using a time bank card, and then decided to put almost his whole stack in, leaving himself behind with 500. The dealer announced all-in but took it back when she saw Addamo's 500-value chip. O'Dwyer took some time but then made the call and mucked when Addamo tabled {a-Spades}{3-Spades} for the turned straight.

Yotsushika shipped all in for around 70,000 and Kenney elected to lay his hand down.
