Kamel Gets Tricky in a Multi-Way Pot
Level 9
: 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Tamer Kamel kicked things off with an open to 2,100 in middle position and was called by Victoria Coren Mitchell and Jason Wheeler behind, as well as both the blinds.
Five handed to the flop, the dealer laid down and everyone checked. The turn saw the betting start up again. The blinds checked again and Kamel bet 3,700. Coren Mitchell folded, as did Wheeler before Gabriel Chiva upped it to 15,000. The player in the big blind moved aside and after Kamel called, Wheeler also passed.
The river card was the and Chiva checked then snap-folded when Kamel bet enough to commit him. "Well played" said Coren Mitchell as he scooped it up.
