Bujtas Delivers a Pile, Shows a Spade
The board read with over 12,000 already in the middle in a three-way pot. Andras Nemeth was in the small blind and checked over to Nariman Yaghmai in the cutoff, who also checked. Laszlo Bujtas was on the button and last to act, and he made a bet of 4,200. Nemeth called to put action back on Yaghmai, who thought for about 25 seconds before sticking around as well.
The turn came and action checked to Bujtas once more. He thought for almost his entire shot clock and then slid out a bet totaling 52,000, enough to put both Nemeth and Yaghami all in. Both players folded and he took down the pot.
Nemeth and Bujtas exchanged a comment in a Hungarian before Nemeth switched over to English: "Show the eight of diamonds!" he said.
Bujtas turned over .
"Nine," said Nemeth in manner that seemed to confirm his suspicion that Bujtas was making that bet with an already-made hand.
