Lofberg Doubles Through Kempe; Kempe Dusts Khachaturov

Masato Yokosawa was under the gun and opened to 25,000. He was three-bet to 85,000 by Rainer Kempe, who was on the button before Simon Lofberg cold four-bet all in for 682,000. Yokosawa folded and Kempe quickly called.

Lofberg was out in front and remained there the whole way as the board ran out en route to a double, leaving Kempe with about 285,000 behind.

On the very next hand, Artem Khachaturov shoved all in for about 250,000 from the hijack and Kempe went all in over the top from the cutoff. Everybody else folded and the two were off to the races.

Kempe hit a king on the flop after not getting one on the previous runout, with the board coming to result in Kempe's kings toasting Khachaturov's sixes to spell for his exit from the tournament in 25th place.
