Rodrigo Seiji raised to 20,000 from under the gun and Chris Brewer called on the button. Andras Nemeth then jammed on the button and the action was on Juan Pardo in the big blind. However, Seiji sigh-called out of turn already while Pardo was still to act. The Spaniard asked for a count on Nemeth's shove, which happened to be for 303,500 in total.
If Pardo just called, Seiji's all-in was binding whereas he would have been given the option to fold if Pardo had raised despite the call being the biggest effective stack size anyways. Pardo then called and Seiji's 170,000 went into the middle as well.
Rodrigo Seiji:
Andras Nemeth:
Juan Pardo:
The flop changed nothing yet but Pardo gained the lead on the turn. Last but not least, the followed on the river and that ensured a double knockout for Pardo.
