flop, Rezaei check-called for 6,000 and they checked the 
turn. The 
fell on the river and Rezaei led for 10,000.
Karam raised to 57,000 and that sent his opponent into a long tank. More than five minutes passed and Rezaei folded, then asked "did you have cappa cappa?" Karam didn't reply but Leonardo Patacconi chimed in "why do you use Italian because I am the only Italian on the table?!".
