Defending champion Francisco Benitez raised to 2,500 from middle position and Santiago Plante called from the next seat over before Tom Orpaz raised to 10,000 from the cutoff. The button and blinds got out of the way and Benitez folded before Plante tossed in the chips to call.

The flop was 8?2?10? and Plante check-called a bet of 8,500 from Orpaz to see Q? on the turn.

Plante checked again on the turn and folded when Orpaz tossed out a T-25,000 chip.
