Shuang Luo opened in late position to 1,200 before the action was at Dimitar Danchev on the button. He put in a three-bet to 4,000 and everyone got out of the way except Luo.
The 2?5?Q? flop landed and action checked to Danchev who bet out for 3,000. Luo called and the K? rolled off on the turn.
Action slowed down and checked through to a 4? river. It checked through again and when the hands were tabled the puzzle came together.
Luo held pocket threes against the winning pocket nines of Danchev. Both players played their underpair cautiously but Danchev still got some value.
