Former big stack Quan Zhou raised to 50,000 from under the gun and it folded all the way to big blind Sam Grafton, who elected to call. On the subsequent 7?Q?6? flop, Grafton checked and Zhou made a bet of 35,000. Grafton pondered his options for a bit but made the call.

The 2? turn then graced the felt and Grafton checked again. Zhou put 80,000 additional chips in the pot before Grafton made another call. On the Q? river. Zhou upped the ante to 215,000 after a third check from Grafton.

The PokerStars Ambassador quickly put in the required chips and Zhou showed 9?9? for two pair, queens and nines. However, Grafton had comfortably rivered trips with Q?10? and raked in the sizable pot.

Pardo Doubles Through Mulder
