Kyte Gets a Bunch Back From Rodin

Grigorii Rodin raised to 60,000 in early position, Jon Kyte three-bet to 250,000 in the big blind, and Rodin called as the two clashed in yet another pot.
The flop was 2?Q?8? and Kyte bet 175,000. Rodin called and the 5? fell on the turn. Kyte then bet 435,000 and Rodin again called.
The J? fell on the river and Kyte slid forward a tower of chips totaling around 1,400,000, leaving himself only around 200,000 behind. Rodin quickly folded as Kyte took the pot heading into dinner break.
"If I check do you go all in?" Kyte asked him as they prepared to leave the table.
"No," Rodin replied.
"Ah, pocket tens then," Kyte added.
