Third and Final Day of the �3,000 EPT Mystery Bounty Starts Today
The 2024 PokerStars European Poker Tour (EPT) �3,000 EPT Mystery Bounty will be played until the winner is declared today on the tournament's third and final day. Action is set to commence at 12 p.m. local time at Casino Barcelona on the Spanish coast. Only 20 players remain out of 1,113 entrants who generated a total prize pool of �1,909,908.
Leading the pack is Kelvin Kerber with 4,560,000, good for 91 big blinds. He is looking to add an EPT title to his list of achievements and the � 321,658 first-place price to his $1,560,445 in live tournament earnings.
Sitting in second place is Maria Konnikova with 4,235,000. The PokerStars Team Pro is looking to add to her $657,344 in live tournament earnings and has guaranteed her second cash of this EPT stop, the first came in the �2,200 Estrellas High Roller where she finished 84th for �7,450.
Rounding out the top three is Alexander Ivarsson. He has tasted victory here in Barcelona before back in 2019. Ivarsson won the 2019 PokerStars.es EPT Barcelona �2,200 EPT National High Roller for �498,520. He will be hoping to claim his second Spanish success today.
The structure will recommence on Level 26 with blinds at 20,000/40,000 with a 40,000 big blind ante. Fifteen-minute breaks are scheduled after Levels 27, 33 and 38 and the tournament will be played until the trophy has been awarded.
