Sebastian Malec raised to 240,000 from the button and Stoyan Madanzhiev shoved for roughly 1,000,000 from the small blind. Ryan Mandara then jammed for 5,100,000 out of the big blind and after Malec folded, the cards were revealed.
Stoyan Madanzhiev: A?7?
Ryan Mandara: A?K?
Madanzhiev needed to find a seven to stay in the hunt for the trophy. However, the board ran out J?6?10?K?6? to give Mandara the best hand with a pair of kings, and Madanzhiev was out in fourth.
Short-stack Lev Margolin moved all in from the small blind for around 500,000 and was looked up by Sebastian Malec in the big blind.
Lev Margolin: A?10?
Sebastian Malec: 10?9?
Margolin had Malec dominated, but the Q?8?3? flop gave Malec a gutshot, and sure enough the J? rolled off on the turn, with the 2? completing the board.
Ryan Mandara opened to 200,000 from the button, and Adrian Cazacu three-bet jammed from the big blind for around 1,400,000, with Mandara making the snap-call.
Adrian Cazacu: A?K?
Ryan Mandara: 8?8?
Cazacu was behind in a race, and was drawing dead on the turn after the Q?8?4?Q?10? runout gave Mandara a full house.
Jelle Moene raised to 200,000 from middle position and Daniel Myers shoved for 250,000 from the cutoff. Stoyan Madanzhiev then moved all in from the big blind with a stack that covered both players. Moene had around 1,800,000 remaining and after burning through a time bank card, made the call.
Daniel Myers: 2?2?
Jelle Moene: A?Q?
Stoyan Madanzhiev: A?J?
If Madanzhiev could find a jack, he would bust two players and the final table would be down to five players.
The dealer fanned out the flop of 5?9?J? to put Madanzhiev in the lead with top pair. The 3? turn didn't change anything, but the Q? on the river meant Moene had more than doubled up with a pair of queens. Myers was out, and Madanzhiev sent around half of his stack over to Moene.
