Nicola Grieco opened to 800,000 from the button and Adrian State shoved for 3,900,000 from the big blind. Grieco went deep into the tank.
Greico buried his face in his hands, clearly put on a difficult decision. A couple minutes went by before State called the clock. Not long afterwards Greico slid his hand into the muck and State took the pot without showdown.
