Everyone Has a Big Pair as Neilson Falls
Alessandro Pichierri raised to 60,000 under the gun before Henrik Juncker three-bet to 175,000 in middle position. Claas Segebrecht four-bet to 350,000 in the cutoff and Daniel Neilson five-bet to 920,000, leaving himself one 5,000 chip behind. Pichierri folded, but juncker moved all in for 650,000 and Segebrecht reshoved.
"If this guy folds," Segebrecht said as Neilson began tanking.
"I stop poker," tablemate Rony Halimi said.
"I will quit as well," Segebrecht said. Neilson eventually tossed in his last chip.
Henrik Juncker: A?A?
Daniel Neilson: K?K?
Claas Segebrecht: A?A?
Both Juncker and Segebrecht showed down a pair of aces, while Neilson was left holding two kings as the board ran out 8?8?4?7?2?. Juncker and Segebrecht chopped the main pot, while Segebrecht took out Neilson in the side pot.
"I thought it was the other way around," Juncker said, pointing out that he thought Neilson had the aces.
