Chabbi Loses After Four-Bet
Level 2
: Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
Maksym Filipovskyi raised to 600 from the hijack and Bingqiu Hu three-bet to 2,400 from the hijack. Adrian Chabbi then made it 4,200 to go from the big blind, which only Hu called.
Chabbi made a bet of 1,000 on the 3?8?A? flop and Hu flicked in a chip for the call. On the 6? turn, Chabbi made another small bet, of 1,500. This time, Hu elected to raise to 4,200.
Chabbi put in the extra chips for a call, after which the 8? river completed the board. Chabbi checked to Hu, who fired 5,100 more into the pot.
A quick fold followed form Chabbi, relinquishing the pot and diving under the starting stack.
"That was an interesting hand," Jon Kyte commented after the fact.
