Annette Obrestad Doubles Up
Action folded around to the player on the button who limped in with aces; the small blind completed the bet and and Annette checked her option in the big blind. The flop came 6-7-J, with two spades and both blinds checked to the button, who led out for 700. The small blind then folded and Annette kicked it up to 3,000. The button player opted to reraise enough to put Annette all in and she made the call with bottom two pair. A red seven fell on the turn, making a full house for Obrestad, leaving her opponent drawing to one of the two remaining aces in the deck, which never came.
After the hand, Annette stacked up 18,850 new chips.
